Refund policy

Velera – Return Policy
Effective date: 6 September 2025

At Velera, every set of press-on nails is custom made for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, in accordance with EU law for personalized products.

The only exceptions are:

• If the product arrives damaged
• If you receive the wrong item

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at veleranails@gmail.com. We may request photos as proof. If approved, we will either:

• Send you a replacement free of charge, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds or replacements will not be given for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Normal wear and tear or misuse
